Oak Tree Golf Course first opened for play in 1962 as a 9-hole course designed by Pete Dye. The course was expanded to 18-holes in 1975.
Oak Tree Golf Course features a classic design with beautiful tree-lined fairways and undulating greens that will test even the best players. There is enough variety of terrain to challenge any level of player. Many of the greens are very undulating and difficult to read, and water hazards come into play on five holes.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,479 yards. From the foward tees the course plays to 4,942 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 6, a par-5 that plays to 527 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 14, a par-3 that plays to 152 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 7, a 353 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Oak Tree Golf Course is # 15 a 273 yard par-4.

My daughter this course with a friend (both in high school). They are relatively new to the game. They had a good experience. I could see this being a fun place to play for anyone from a 10 handicap or above. Note that Pete Dye built the front 9 and someone else built the back 9 later. The back plays a bit easier.
